Delivery Information

All you need to know about delivery.

All items on our website are eligible for FREE delivery to most UK locations.


PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the weight of the Peg Perego Quads/Offroads/Motorbikes and Tractors there is unfortunately a £35 delivery surcharge for deliveries to Northern Ireland. Deliveries to other UK locations are unaffected and qualify for free delivery.


Delivery timescales depend on the product ordered but generally range from 2-5 working days. Product specific delivery information can be found in the 'Delivery/Returns' tab on the product page.

All deliveries are sent on a tracked delivery service and we will update you as soon as your order is dispatched.  We will also update you via email throughout the delivery process.

We use a range of national delivery services including DHL, FedEx & DPD.

(Please note: UK Mainland only - For Highlands & Islands options, please email us).

Additional delivery services may be available however options may vary on each product depending on several factors (E.G. Size & weight of item, location of delivery, single or two-man delivery and stock availability). Delivery options for each product will be offered and displayed (including any additional costs for the service) in the ‘Review Order’ section of the checkout, prior to completion of your order.

Our aim is to get your order to you in perfect condition as quickly as possible using a network of trusted, reliable delivery partners.  It’s important to us that you are happy with the whole service we provide from purchasing your item right through to delivery.

All our delivery options are designed to be ‘stress free’ and make it easier for you as we know everyone has a busy lifestyle and can’t afford to wait around for deliveries!

If you provide us with an email address and mobile contact number, we will make sure you receive delivery updates and tracking information to both your email and direct to your mobile via SMS message.

Pick your delivery day service.

If you'd like your order to arrive on a particular day, rather than our standard delivery options you can specify a delivery day at the checkout stage of your order, at no extra cost.

Important Delivery Information.

  • For product specific delivery information please check the 'Delivery & Returns" tab on the product page.
  • All days quoted in our delivery information are calculated as working days and exclude orders placed during weekends and bank holidays.
  • Saturday delivery is available for most products but with an additional cost - please choose the appropriate option during checkout.
  • We do not ship on Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next business day.
